Purtroppo però nei giorni seguenti al parto, i cuccioli non crescevano e, anzi perdevano peso costantemente, nonostante si attaccassero e la mamma avesse apparentemente latte sufficiente.
Molto preoccupata mi rivolgo alla Dott. Grossi, che tempestivamente fa la sua diagnosi: la mamma è bloccata, a livello epatico è disfunzionale perchè sovraccaricato da alimenti prettamente “chimici”, e quindi non riesce a produrre latte sufficientemente energetico per i cuccioli, e la causa principale è l’ERRATA ALIMENTAZIONE.
Io, seguendo le classiche direttive veterinarie per le cagne incinte o in allattamento, le stavo dando croccantini puppy integrati con latte in polvere, più volte al giorno.
La Dott.ssa Grossi mi ha invece detto di cambiare completamente direzione, e di darle macinato e riso soffiato o pane in abbondante brodo di carne, in quanto tali alimenti sono “vivi” e molto più digeribili, favoriscono pertanto il corretto funzionamento del fegato e le fanno produrre il giusto latte per i suoi cuccioli. Il tutto poi coadiuvato dalla somministrazione di alcuni rimedi omeopatici, finalizzati al drenaggio epatobiliare, naturalmente.
Beh, il cambiamento è stato repentino, dopo nemmeno 12 ore i cuccioli hanno cominciato ad acquistare peso e la cosa non ha fatto che migliorare!
Ora, ad una settimana dalla nascita i nostri amati cuccioli hanno superato abbondantemente i 300gr e sono sulla strada giusta per diventare belli e forti!
Ringrazio sentitamente la “nostra” dott.ssa Grossi, che come sempre riesce a capire e risolvere il problema, ed invito tutti a riflettere sul fatto che spesso tutto parte da errate teorie consolidate che ahimè, sopratutto in campo veterinario, riguardano l’alimentazione, e che partendo proprio da qui si può davvero fare la differenza.

“I SENTIERI SI TRACCIANO CAMMINANDO….. ed era quello che volevamo fare quando decidemmo di fare entrare un cucciolo in famiglia.
Sognavamo di tracciare il nostro sentiero costruendo una bella amicizia passo dopo passo… E così fu fino a quando, verso i 6 mesi, iniziò a stare male…
La corsa in clinica, il ricovero e.. Non fu fatta una diagnosi, ma sembrava che tutto si fosse risolto, invece era solo l’inizio.
Il problema ciclicamente si ripresentava con vari sintomi: vomito, feci quasi mai formate, apatia, letargia, disinteresse al cibo e dimagrimento e cambi di crocchette studiando formulazioni ed ingredienti.
Il nostro sconforto e l’impotenza cresceva di mese in mese , non sapevamo più a chi rivolgerci, nessuno riusciva a capire il motivo per cui un cucciolo potesse sempre stare così male.
Tutto questo ci ha impedito di guadagnarci la sua fiducia, ogni volta che ci vedeva con un bocconcino in mano si nascondeva sotto il tavolo, per paura che dentro ci fosse qualche amaro medicinale, ci ha impedito di fare un percorso educativo… o si pagavano le cure, le indagini mediche ed i ricoveri, oppure si pagava un educatore, che insegnasse a noi come tirar fuori quello per cui è stato selezionato: il riporto… e poter lavorare insieme.
All’ennesima ricaduta, all’età di 1 anno e 8 mesi , fu fatta una gastroscopia che finalmente spiegò la causa di tutto: moderata enterite cronica linfoplasmacellulare in fase attiva con sovrainfezione batterica.
Ci fu, ancora una volta, una lunga e pesante cura antibiotica, supportata da mangime industriale altamente digeribile, ma se questo non fosse bastato il passo successivo era il cortisone.
Questa malattia si pensa sia dovuta ad un abbassamento delle difese immunitarie, che di certo non sono state aiutate da tutti gli antibiotici somministrati. Questi avevano un effetto momentaneo, ma non risolvevano il problema alla radice. Decidemmo quindi di intraprendere una strada alternativa, cibo crudo e terapia omeopatica, e ci siamo rivolti alla Dott. ssa Alda Grossi.
A quasi un anno di distanza dal nostro primo incontro con la Dott.ssa Alda sono convinta che abbiamo la fatto la scelta giusta: un anno intero senza ricadute, e senza ricoveri è un grandissimo successo!!

Lo sapete che gli antiparassitari sono tossici?
Sono tossici per i parassiti, ma non solo… lo sono per l’ospite dei parassiti stessi (il nostro animale), per l’ambiente (molte molecole chimiche restano attive nell’ambiente anche per oltre 10 anni!), e.. di conseguenza anche per noi esseri umani, ultimo anello della catena alimentare..
E’ possibile limitare e tenere sotto controllo i parassiti interni ed esterni dei nostri amici animali? SI, e vi dico come.
Aggiungere alla razione di pappa giornaliera un cucchiaio di miscela di olio di oliva (o semi) ed il 20% di olio da Foglie di Neem, facendo dei cicli mensili di 15gg continuativi, soprattutto nei mesi primaverili ed estivi.
L’olio da Foglie di Neem non è consigliato usarlo per via interna, ma al 20% è perfettamente sostenuto da tutti (esseri umani compresi, visto che l’ho usato per me stessa). Ha una forte azione colagoga, ossia stimola lo svuotamento della bile raccolta nella cistifellea, riequilibra il pH intestinale, ed è sgradito a tutti gli eventuali ospiti indesiderati.
Grazie al fatto che viene assorbito nel tratto intestinale e che va in circolo per via ematica, determina un cattivo “sapore” per tutti gli artropodi ematofagi od i parassiti che si nutrono di sebo cutaneo dei nostri pelosi.
Potrete osservare delle diarree “epatiche”, caratterizzate da delle deiezioni più cremose del normale. Ciò è dovuto al rilascio improvviso della bile, che stimola la peristalsi, e non è da considerarsi un segno pericoloso.
